Monica Hoyt

Monica Hoyt currently serves as the Client Services Manager at Carollo Engineers, focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions for water and wastewater management. In addition to this role, Monica is a Fellow in the fifth cohort of Homeward Bound Projects, a global leadership training program for women in STEMM dedicated to environmental sustainability and conservation. Previously, Monica held the position of Education/Outreach Manager at Central Utah Water Conservancy District, where a new initiative aimed to educate the community on the significance of water management. Monica also served as the Laboratory Director at Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy and has extensive educational qualifications, including a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Westminster University, along with various certifications in water system operations.
