Natalia Atuesta-Escobar is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in environmental engineering, biology, and social innovation. Currently serving as a Fellow at Homeward Bound Projects, Natalia engages in a transformational leadership initiative for women in STEMM, leading to an expedition in Antarctica. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Associate at Palladium, Sustainable Development Volunteer with Proyecto Guajira, and Ecosystems Advisor for the Colombian Ocean Commission. Notable contributions also involve project development at Universidad de Los Andes and serving as a Student Consultant for Olga's Fine Foods. Natalia holds an MSc in Biodiversity, Conservation, and Management from the University of Oxford, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering and Biology from Universidad de Los Andes, and a Master in Social Innovation.
