Natalia Atuesta-Escobar is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in environmental engineering, biology, and social innovation. Currently serving as a Fellow at Homeward Bound Projects, Natalia engages in a transformational leadership initiative for women in STEMM, leading to an expedition in Antarctica. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Associate at Palladium, Sustainable Development Volunteer with Proyecto Guajira, and Ecosystems Advisor for the Colombian Ocean Commission.
