Anna Obert

Anna Obert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as VP, FP&A at Homeward, where they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of FP&A from May 2020 to July 2021, and Director of FP&A from June 2019 to May 2020.

Before joining Homeward, Anna worked at The Heyl Group as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from January 2019 to June 2019, and as a Financial Analyst from July 2018 to June 2019.

Their experience also includes working as a Portfolio Analyst at The David Weekley Family Foundation from June 2018 to September 2018.

Anna has entrepreneurial experience as the Co-Founder and Operation Manager at FOND Bone Broth, a CPG/manufacturing company, from May 2015 to July 2017. Anna was responsible for various aspects of the company's operations and financial management, including business development and Farmers Market Operations.

Earlier in their career, Anna served as the Student Body President at Gordon College from May 2015 to May 2016, where they managed a budget of $300,000 and oversaw various student clubs and organizations. Anna also worked as a Program Coordinator at Gordon College from May 2014 to May 2015, coordinating events, creating promotional material, and managing social media campaigns.

Additionally, Anna has held internships at Christians in the Visual Arts | CIVA as a Marketing and Communications Intern, and at Gordon College as a Patton Archives Intern. Anna also volunteered as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Special Olympics from 2011 to 2013.

Anna Obert obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Acton School of Business from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in History at Gordon College, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
