Steven Allphin

Steven Allphin is an experienced professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at Mynd since October 2022. Previously, Steven was the Director of Client Experience at Spruce and held multiple leadership roles at Zillow, including Director and Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships, where leadership contributed to the launch of 25 markets and the development of new purchasing channels for Zillow Offers. Earlier experience includes roles at RealSense - Real Estate Investments, where significant property acquisitions were made, and AZ Property Investments, where oversight of property rehabilitation projects was a key responsibility. Steven's career began in the insurance industry at Cigna and included financial and accounting roles during academic pursuits at Brigham Young University and Arizona State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Finance was earned.
