Currently serving as the Owner of HomeWell Care Services since April 2022, James previously held senior roles at Spirit AeroSystems from 2007 to 2021, including Senior Manager of HR Shared Services, HR Generalist Manager, and HR Site Manager for North Carolina. In these positions, James successfully implemented system changes, redefined HR roles, and enhanced HR practices, directly contributing to organizational growth and efficiency. James holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and an MBA from Friends University. Additionally, James is recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
