Occupational Therapist And Specialty Program Clinical Lead at Homewood Health Centre

Taylor Sanderson has diverse work experience in the field of occupational therapy and mental health. They started their career as a Personal Care Aide and Summer Camp Staff at Red Roof Retreat, where they planned and led inclusive recreational activities for children with special needs. After that, they worked as an Inclusion Coordinator for Municipal Summer Camps at the City of Mississauga.

In 2018, Taylor joined Carizon Family and Community Services as a Child and Youth Mental Health Worker, providing intensive in-home therapy services for children and adult family members with complex mental health and behavioral needs. They also provided educational seminars and led change-focused activities for families and children.

During the same year, Taylor started working as an Occupational Therapist at Homewood Health Centre, where they performed virtual and in-person assessments and case coordination duties within a team setting. Taylor Sanderson earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from London South Bank University from 2015 to 2017.
