Alexis Westwater

Alexis Westwater is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in health services and retail management. At Homewood Health since June 2019, Alexis serves as Team Lead and Senior Emergency Response Team Coordinator, overseeing Employee and Family Assistance Program services, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating client connections with clinical professionals. Previously, from November 2014 to February 2019, Alexis worked at Town Shoes Limited as a Brand Manager, where responsibilities included maintaining Key Performance Indicators, training staff to provide exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring brand integrity through effective merchandising. Additionally, Alexis held the position of Trip Leader at I Love Travel! from March 2016 to April 2017, contributing to youth and student travel experiences. Alexis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph and continues to enhance skills at the Canadian Police Knowledge Network.
