Andrew Gaddie

Andrew Gaddie is an experienced lift operations manager currently working at Homewood Mountain Resort since November 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew spent nearly a decade at Mammoth Resorts, progressing from Gondola Operator to Gondola Operations Manager, ensuring safe and efficient gondola operations while providing high-quality guest experiences. Andrew also held positions as a Gondola Supervisor and Lead Gondola Operator, managing teams and overseeing daily operations. Earlier in Andrew's career, experience included roles as a Snowboard Instructor and a youth baseball umpire. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in General Social Sciences with a focus on Crime, Law, and Society from the University of Oregon.
