Art Hickson

Art Hickson has a diverse work experience in the mortgage and finance industry. Art is currently the VP of Sales - Eastern Division at HomeXpress Mortgage Corp. Prior to that, they held roles such as RSM at the same company. Art served as a Member of the Board of Directors and held executive positions like CEO and COO at TMH Capital, Inc. Art was also the EVP Wholesale - National Sales at AT Lending. Art worked as the EVP Loan Production at Stronghill Capital, where they significantly increased loan production and implemented process improvements. Other roles include Senior Vice President at Argus Lending, Cherrywood Commercial, and Kinecta Federal Credit Union. Art also had consulting roles at McGladrey LLP and Genpact Mortgage Services. Art has extensive experience in sales, operations, and leadership in the mortgage industry.

Art Hickson attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
