David Rabineau

David Rabineau has a diverse range of work experience in the gaming industry. David is currently the CEO of Homo Ludens, an independent video game studio focused on creating high-quality games while promoting social responsibility and diversity in the workplace. Prior to this, they held roles at SNJV - Syndicat National du Jeu Vidéo, where they served as Vice President of Social Affairs, CSR, Employment & Education, as well as Vice President of International & European Affairs. David also served as a Board Member at the European Games Developer Federation (EGDF).

Before their current positions, Rabineau co-founded Anarteam and served as a Co-Founder and Co-Founder/Producer. In this role, they successfully signed a deal with Microsoft and other major players in the distribution side of the industry. David also gained experience at Nolaroads as Head of Production and Producer.

Rabineau's previous experience includes working at Tilting Point as a Product Manager, where they coordinated with internal and external teams to ensure the success of game titles. David also contributed to the development of the Tilting Point SDK.

Additionally, Rabineau gained valuable industry experience through internships at Colossal Order, where they worked on game design, balance, UX, quality assurance, and community management for Cities Skylines and other games. David also interned at Eugen Systems, where they focused on content quality assurance, level design, game design, and community management.

Rabineau's passion for the gaming industry started with an internship at Ankama, where they conducted quality testing and assisted with level design balance on a 2D PC platformer.

Before entering the gaming industry, Rabineau gained sales experience as an Apple Salesman and General/Games Salesman at Compact Megastore.

David Rabineau obtained a Master's degree in Game Design & Management from Supinfogame between 2011 and 2016.
