Mohamed AbdAlla has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.
Mohamed began their career at Raya Contact Center in 2006, where they served as an International Accounts Team Leader until 2007.
In 2007, Mohamed joined HSBC as a Market Research Analyst for a brief period of time.
In 2009, they started working at Vodafone, taking on multiple roles over the years. Mohamed served as an International Accounts Supervisor for VF UK Account, Workforce & Planning Manager - Extra Assignment, Tech Operations Manager, Business Excellence Manager, Global Service Delivery Senior Manager, and finally as the Global Head of Customer Experience And Value from 2019 to 2020.
In 2020, Mohamed transitioned to _VOIS, where they became the Global Head of Special Projects until 2021.
Currently, Mohamed AbdAlla is employed at Homzmart. Mohamed joined in 2021 as the VP Of Supply Chain, and in 2023, they were promoted to the role of Global VP of Customer Experience.
Mohamed AbdAlla obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Helwan University Cairo between 2004 and 2007. In addition, they received a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from the Black Smith Training Institute. Moreover, they acquired a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the same institute. Furthermore, Mohamed completed a Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Diploma from Cairo University. Mohamed also obtained a High Performance Management Techniques Certificate from the Customer Operation Performance Center (C.O.P.C.) and a Principles of Banking Operation Certificate from The Egyptian Banking Institute (E.B.I.).
