Terry Pearce

Terry Pearce has extensive experience in aviation safety and engineering, currently serving as Flight Operations Safety Officer and Pilot at Honda Aircraft Company since April 2020. Previously, Terry held positions as Flight Test Engineer/Safety at Bombardier Aerospace from 2009, and as Production Test Pilot/Lead Safety Investigator at Eclipse Aviation from 2004 to 2009, focusing on safety investigations and on-site assessments following incidents. Additionally, Terry worked as an Air Safety Investigator at Bombardier Aerospace - Learjet from 1999 to 2004, responsible for notifying relevant authorities in case of accidents. Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1983 and 1985.
