Top Lal Bhandari has a range of work experience in the IT industry, working for various well-known companies. Top Lal worked at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Department, where they managed a team and explored new technology for Honda India, including website revamp, ecommerce platform exploration, and mobile app development. Top Lal also focused on leveraging AI solutions and automating manual processes to save time and reduce paper usage.

Prior to that, Top Lal Bhandari held multiple roles at BMW Group. As a Senior Manager, they oversaw the end-to-end Agile project delivery process for APAC CRM implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams and third-party developers. Top Lal was also responsible for program planning, solutioning, and validating applications. In their role as a Manager, they led the design and development of complex CRM solutions for the APAC region, utilizing Agile methodologies and cloud infrastructure. As a Deputy Manager, they implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and BMW OneApp for Asia Pacific countries, focusing on continuous development and improvement.

Top Lal Bhandari also worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where they held the position of Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager. In these roles, they managed infrastructure and application requirements, particularly for the dealer and customer spaces. Top Lal was responsible for managing infrastructure for dealers across India, as well as overseeing the Dealer Management System and network operations.

Top Lal Bhandari completed their education with a Master's Degree in Computer Science from JNU, New Delhi, during the period from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics (Hons) from Sri Venkateswara College from 2006 to 2009. Their high school education was obtained from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1994 and 2006, specializing in Science. In terms of additional certifications, they recently obtained a certification in "Managing a Diverse Team" from LinkedIn in May 2023.
