Ltd. as a Section Head in Marketing where they were responsible for briefing advertising agencies, planning and executing BTL activities, and generating business inquiries through ATL/BTL channels. In 2011, they joined Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited as a Marketing Manager, where they conceptualized and executed various marketing strategies, including launching new products, organizing promotional events, and conducting dealer incentive trips. In 2013, Upender Rai returned to Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager and Head of Department in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Branding, and Media Buy. In this role, they focused on creating and implementing marketing strategies, positioning the brand as a technology pioneer, and maintaining brand presence through product promotion. Upender Rai completed a Post Graduate degree in Digital Marketing & Communication from MICA | The School of Ideas in 2020. Prior to that, in 2008, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
