Ella Afzaly

Ella Afzaly is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Honda New Zealand since June 2012. In this role, Ella is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes, while managing the HR department and supervising associates focusing on payroll, recruitment, and office support. Previously, Ella worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Honda New Zealand, where high-quality HR advice was provided to managers and assistance during disciplinary procedures.
