Sales Team

The Sales Team at Honda of Concord is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing information on new and certified used Honda vehicles, and facilitating the sales process. This team includes the General Sales Manager, Used Car Director, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives who work together to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and maintain an extensive knowledge of the inventory. Additionally, the Business Development Manager and Sales BDC focus on generating leads and building long-term customer relationships.
