Hossein Nourkhiz Mahjoub

Hossein Nourkhiz Mahjoub is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with a focus on wireless communications and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Currently serving as a Sr. Scientist at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc. since April 2021, Hossein concentrates on Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication technologies and challenges related to autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems. Prior to this role, Hossein worked as a Research Scientist at Honda R&D Americas and gained research experience as a Ph.D. Candidate at the Center for Research in Electric Autonomous Transport. Hossein's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, complemented by extensive hands-on experience in telecommunications, having previously worked with major organizations such as the Telecommunication Company of Iran and the Iran Telecommunication Research Center.
