Kwonjoon Lee

Kwonjoon Lee is a Senior Scientist at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc., leading a project focused on developing next-generation assistive autonomous agents since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of California San Diego, where Kwonjoon Lee taught courses on machine learning and conducted research on unsupervised learning and meta-learning algorithms. Kwonjoon Lee has also interned at Google, Facebook AI, and Amazon Web Services, contributing to research on generative modeling, meta inverse reinforcement learning, and meta-learning algorithms. Kwonjoon Lee holds an MS and PhD in Computer Science from UC San Diego and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University.
