Andy L.

Andy L. currently serves as the Honda Experience Design (HED) Program Manager at American Honda Motor Company, Inc., since October 2023. Prior to this role, Andy was the Staff Program Manager for Operations Development at Rivian, where over more than two years, efforts included launching 35+ Rivian centers through the development of standardized processes and training materials. Andy also held various managerial roles at Penske Motor Group, including Marketing and Training Manager, and gained significant experience at Toyota North America as a Regional Vehicle Product Trainer. Earlier career positions included roles at Hyundai Motor America, Fisker Inc., and Medversant Technologies, demonstrating a strong background in operations management, training, and product development within the automotive industry. Andy holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, along with other degrees in Business Administration and Criminology/Management.
