Charles Bland

Charles Bland is currently serving as a Manufacturing Operations Auditor at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Charles was with Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc. for nearly two decades, holding various positions including Quality Unit Manager for CVT, ECVT, and Fuel Cell Powertrain Products, where responsibilities included leadership of the quality team, audits, ISO compliance, and KPI development. Additionally, Charles undertook a project assignment in Japan focused on hybrid electric powertrain supplier development, technical management, and benchmarking. As Assistant Manager of Quality Control, responsibilities encompassed managing product assurance teams across multiple manufacturing sites, and earlier roles involved quality analysis and inspection. Charles holds a certificate in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Edison State Community College and attended The Ohio State University prior to that.
