Kristine Ferrari

Kristine Ferrari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and operations within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Service Delivery at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since January 2025, Kristine has also held the position of Planning and Management Department Leader at Honda Development and Manufacturing of America LLC since April 2021. Prior to these roles, Kristine spent nearly two decades at Honda Engineering North America, Inc., where responsibilities included Procurement and Information Technology Leader, Information Systems Block Leader, and Purchasing Operations Section Leader. Kristine earned a B.A. in Operations Management with a focus on Transportation and Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where studies were completed between January 1998 and December 2002.
