Michelle Grieshop, CEBS, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of Business HR at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since July 2020, specializing in talent strategies aligned with business goals and enhancing the talent ecosystem. Prior experience includes roles as National Human Resources Director for Honda North America, Inc. managing talent acquisition and development strategies, and various managerial positions at Honda North America Services and Honda of America Mfg., Inc., focusing on health care, retirement, and total rewards initiatives. Michelle also has a background in benefits management at Diamond Innovations and Aelita Software.
