Krystle Palubicki

Krystle Palubicki is an accomplished human resources professional with a robust background in talent development and HR business partnerships. Currently serving as the Senior Director of HR Business Partners & Programs at Samba TV since June 2025, Krystle previously held the position of Global Talent & Leadership Development Programs Manager and Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Redis from December 2021 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as HR People Operations Manager at Facebook from August 2015 to December 2021 and Director of Human Resources at Impact Networking, LLC from November 2013 to August 2015. Krystle earned a Graduate Program degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Alverno College between 2011 and 2013, following a degree in Education Studies/Creative Arts from the same institution from 2007 to 2011.
