Marco van Rooij

Marco van Rooij is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Partner and Vastgoedspecialist at Honders / Alting Makelaars since December 2021, Marco previously founded the Rotterdamse Vereniging van Makelaars and held key roles at Baljon & Mora Makelaars as a Makelaar-Taxateur and Partner, as well as at Ooms Makelaars as a Senior Makelaar. Early career roles include positions at Kuijs Reinder Kakes, Stad & Land makelaars, and Voorberg NVM Makelaars. Marco has pursued continuous education in real estate, obtaining certifications from VastgoedCert and SVM|NIVO, including qualifications as a Registermakelaar-taxateur for roerende zaken and various diplomas related to onroerende zaken.
