Miki Johnson

Miki Johnson, ACC, is a seasoned coaching professional with extensive experience in leadership and team development. Currently serving as the Coach Founder at Leading By Example since July 2020 and as a Coach Facilitator at Hone since October 2022, Miki specializes in transformational coaching and online training for global leaders. Miki co-founded Job Portraits, contributing to team dynamics and client engagement from April 2014 to December 2022. Previous roles include Program Manager at Union + Webster, CEO & Co-founder of Parsecco, and various positions in content strategy and community building throughout the media and photography sectors. Miki holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and has a history of fostering creative collaboration and storytelling across multiple platforms.
