Chris Clingo

Chris Clingo is an experienced senior leader in the residential construction industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Yorkshirehoney since July 2025. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Regional Managing Director and Technical Director at Keepmoat from April 2022 to June 2025. Previously, Chris was the Development Director at Avant Homes from May 2018 to April 2022, overseeing all aspects of Commercial & Technical operations. Chris's career began at George Wimpey, where roles included Regional Engineer and Development Engineer, before progressing to positions such as Head of Technical and Technical Director at Bellway Homes Ltd (Yorkshire). Chris holds an HND in Building Studies and Building Construction Technology from Leeds Metropolitan University, complemented by GCSEs and A-Levels from Crawshaw High School.
