Ashlee Ernst

Ashlee Ernst is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and healthcare. Currently serving as a Barista/Cashier at Honey Dew Donuts since November 2019, Ashlee excels in providing prompt and friendly service while managing daily operational tasks. A recent Surgical Services Intern at Lawrence General Hospital, Ashlee engaged with patients, assisted with nutritional needs, and observed surgical procedures, enhancing customer care in a medical environment. Previously, Ashlee worked as an Afterschool Program Assistant at Amigos, providing academic support to middle school ESL students. Ashlee has also contributed to a presentation on ACL rehabilitation while studying at Simmons University. Currently pursuing an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northeastern University, Ashlee's educational journey includes a prior education at Merrimack College and Bishop Feehan High School.
