Sarah Welch

Sarah Welch is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Currently employed as a Barista at Honey Dew Donuts since November 2019, Sarah manages customer interactions, store preparation, and the training of new staff. In addition, Sarah serves as a Store Cashier at Mr. Franks Food Mart, where responsibilities include financial documentation and store maintenance. An internship at The Belmont Country Club in 2024 provided Sarah with insights into country club management through various roles, including serving and financial analysis. Moreover, Sarah gained valuable life-saving skills as a Lifeguard at Thayer Academy during summer 2023. Sarah is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, contributing to a strong academic foundation following the completion of a High School Diploma at Norwood High School in 2022.
