Pablo Fajardo

Pablo Fajardo currently serves as the President and Treasurer of the Alpha Lambda Chapter of Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the only Latino-based fraternity on campus, where efforts include philanthropy initiatives such as campus tours in Spanish and mentorship programs. Additionally, Pablo holds the position of Vice President with the United Greek Council at the University of Arkansas, focusing on enhancing Latino fraternity and sorority chapters in collaboration with other councils. Professional experience includes a barista role at Onyx Coffee Lab, providing exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive environment, as well as a Data Analyst Intern position where Pablo developed PowerBI dashboards for financial reporting. Previous roles include a Student Intern at Morii Outdoor, participation in the Freshman Leadership Forum at the University of Arkansas, and a Merchandising Sustainability Intern at Walmart, where actionable sustainability strategies were presented. Pablo Fajardo is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Entrepreneurship at the University of Arkansas, with prior education at NorthWest Arkansas Community College and Bentonville High School.
