Customer Success Manager at Honey

Kat Hills is the current Customer Success Manager at Honey. Prior to their current position, Kat was the Office Coordinator at (MALIN+GOETZ) from July 2016 to September 2017 where they oversaw day-to-day and big picture office ongoings for 30 corporate employees. This included multiple inventories, daily deliveries, office upkeep, and corporate announcements. Kat also supported daily calendars, travel, and special projects for the President and CEO. Furthermore, Kat coordinated all office events such as weekly meetings, birthdays, employee celebrations, and assisted with new employee onboarding. In addition, they developed partnerships with internal partners (building management, IT, cleaning team, etc) and oversaw and executed quarterly gratis programs for 90+ employees. Lastly, they assisted with special projects for corporate employees.

Before working at (MALIN+GOETZ), Kat was the Social Programs Orientation Coordinator at Clark University from September 2011 to September 2012 where they performed administrative tasks such as phone/email responses, mail shipments, internal staff meetings, and peer interviews. Kat also worked with professional staff and peers to create, execute, and supervise social events programming for 500+ incoming students. In addition, Kat managed a program budget of over $20,000 and supervised social media campaigns for all orientation programs.

Kat Hills pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Development and Social Change at Clark University. Prior to that, they attended East Catholic High School.

They are on a team with Jabulani Carnegie - Sales Manager, Kevin Kneifel - Director, Engineering. Kat Hills reports to Rachel Kaplowitz, Founder & CEO.
