Caroline Levy, MS, currently serves as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Capitol Records since January 2023, while also holding the position of Assistant to the Founder at Honey Jam Canada, a non-profit all-female musical development program since April 2017. Caroline's prior experience includes roles as an Infrastructure Analyst at TD Securities, Brand Ambassador for both Diamond Marketing Group and Mosaic North America, and Teaching Assistant at Ryerson University. A Communications Intern at Universal Music Canada, Caroline supported media relations and event execution during the summer of 2018. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from The New School and a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Industries from Ryerson University.

Honey Jam is a non-profit programme run by PhemPhat Entertainment Group for young female artists in Canada of all cultures and representing all genres of music that provides mentoring, educational, performance and networking opportunities with music industry professionals. The experience has been pivotal in the careers of hundreds of artists over the years.
