Kelly Peele

Kelly Peele has worked in a variety of roles in the finance industry since 2002. Kelly began their career at KPMG as a Senior Associate in 2002, and then moved to Alvarez & Marsal in 2005, where they served as a Managing Director. In 2014, they became the Managing Member of KEP, LLC. Kelly then joined Salt & Straw in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2021, they became an Investment Committee Member and Venture Partner at Oregon Venture Fund, and in 2022 they were appointed as an Independent Board Director at Honey Mama's.

Kelly Peele has a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from the same institution. Kelly is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Oregon.
