Jorge Arroyo

Jorge Arroyo has held various roles in the food industry, starting as a Food Safety Manager at Rocky Mountain Spice Co and now as a Plant Manager at Honey Smoked Fish Holdings LLC. Previously, Jorge also worked as a Director of Operations at Rocky Mountain Spice Company and a Quality Assurance Specialist at United Airlines. Jorge holds a Licentiate degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.
