William Fournier

William Fournier is currently serving as the Information Technology Service Desk Supervisor and Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer at Honeybee Robotics. With previous experience at Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. as a Service Desk Analyst II and I, William has demonstrated expertise in live phone support for internal customers, triage of reported issues, resolution of urgent issues, and adherence to security standards for highly confidential systems. William also has extensive experience as a Lead Dispatcher, Dispatcher Trainer, Dispatcher at Life Alert, and as an IT Projects Administrator and Help Desk Level I at Autism Learning Partners. William is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Phoenix.
