Masha Popov

Masha Popov currently serves as the Head of Employee Experience and Operations at HoneyBook, having assumed the role in August 2023. Prior to this, Masha held the position of Global Employee Experience and Events Lead at SolarEdge Technologies from October 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included the production of company-wide events and strategic planning to enhance employee value proposition. Masha also worked as an Employee Experience Project Manager at Microsoft for a short duration, focusing on annual event planning and cross-department collaboration. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Executive Producer at Reshet.tv, collaborating with senior leadership on innovative productions, and managing operations and post-production at Zinko Studios, a leading Israeli production house. Masha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from smkb and completed a program at Jolt.io in 2021.
