Omer Sagi

Omer Sagi has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies. Omer began their career as a Database Developer at Hewlett-Packard in February 2012 and stayed until January 2013. From October 2012 to October 2014, they worked as a Lecturer at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. During the same period, they also served as a Data Science Researcher from January 2013 to September 2014. Following this, Sagi joined Dell in October 2014 and held the positions of Data Scientist from October 2014 to April 2017 and Senior Data Scientist from April 2017 to June 2019. Most recently, they became the Head of Data Science at HoneyBook in July 2019.

Omer Sagi has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Information Systems and Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they obtained from 2016 to 2020. They also hold a Master's degree in Information Sciences from the same university, earned from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Omer Sagi has an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, achieved from 2009 to 2013. They have also obtained certifications such as the DeepLearning.AI TensorFlow Developer Specialization from Coursera in 2020 and the Deep Learning Specialization Certificate from deeplearning.ai on Coursera in 2017.
