Dror Lederman

Dror Lederman has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Dror began their career as a Senior Paramedic at Magen David Adom in Israel, before becoming a Post-Doctoral Associate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2009. Dror then moved on to become a Research Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh in 2010, and a Founder & CEO of Tube-Eye Medical LTD in 2009. In 2011, they took up the role of Algorithm Team Leader at OpticulDiagnostics. In 2012, Dror was both a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Holon Institute of Technology. Dror also held a Lecturer role at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in the same year. In 2014, they became a Research Scientist at Intel Corporation. In 2018, they were a NLP Team Leader and Senior Data Scientist and GSP Team Leader at Citi. Most recently, in 2020, Dror took up the role of Head of Artificial Intelligence and Algo at Honeycomb Insurance (fka Agilius).

Dror Lederman obtained a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in the period between 1994 and 1997. Dror then went on to obtain a M.Sc. in Electrical and Computers Engineering from the same institution between 1998 and 2002. Following this, they achieved a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2002 and 2009. Dror then attended Tel Aviv University between 2012 and 2016 to obtain a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Law. Finally, they attended Tel Aviv University between 2017 and 2018 to obtain a Master of Laws - LLM in Law. Dror also attended Shalon between 1987 and 1993.
