Baruch Oxman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 1999, they worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where they held various positions, including Senior Project Manager and Software Development Team Lead. In 2007, they joined B-Hive Networks as a Software Development Team Lead, which was later acquired by VMware in 2008. At VMware, Baruch worked as a Senior Software Development Team Lead and later became a Software Development Manager. In 2013, they joined Implisit, which was later acquired by Salesforce, where they served as the R&D Manager. At Salesforce, Baruch held several roles, including Principal Software Engineer, Architect, and Senior Director of Data Science & Software Engineering. In 2021, they worked as an Advisor at various startups before co-founding Honeydew (YC W23) in 2022, where they currently serve as the Co-Founder & CTO.
Baruch Oxman obtained a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Strategy from Tel Aviv University, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, studying there from 1995 to 1999. Baruch completed their high school education at The Hebrew Reali School, graduating with a diploma in 1998. At the Reali School, Baruch studied subjects related to Computer Science and Physics.
