Laura Peters has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles in the restaurant industry. Laura started their career at KB Management, LLC in 2007 as an Office Manager, where they supervised the accounts payable department, managed payroll, and oversaw the HR department. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Manager at Big City Tavern, where they created staff schedules, managed the front of house staff, and handled large party reservations and events. Following that, they became a Manager at Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar, where they played a key role in opening multiple locations, set goals for sales and labor, and contributed to creating training procedures and policies for the front of house staff. Laura then worked as an Assistant Manager at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant from 2013 to 2015, and as an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are working as a General Manager at honeygrow, and starting in 2022, they will be joining Associa Mid-Atlantic as a Community Manager.
