Lena Song

Lena Song is the Senior Director of Operations at Honeylove. Lena has over 10 years of experience in retail and has held various positions in inventory planning, global planning, and operations. Prior to their current role, they were the Senior Manager of Global Planning at Morphe from May 2017 to April 2019. Before that, they were the Planning Manager at Kendo Brands, Inc. from July 2014 to May 2017 where they managed the global sales and inventory for Kat Von D Beauty. Lena started their career as an Inventory Planner at Gap Inc./Banana Republic from January 2012 to July 2014 where they were responsible for creating and managing financial plans, assortment planning, demand planning, and inventory management. Lena is a subject matter expert in chain price optimization and basics planning and is viewed as a leader among their peers. In addition to their work experience, Lena has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
