Layne Marchant possesses extensive experience in operations management within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as S&OP Manager, Co-Manufacturing Manager, and Plant Manager at Honeyville, Inc. since November 2016, Layne has previously held the position of Operations Supervisor at Post Consumer Brands from June 2013 to November 2016. Prior to this, Layne worked at MALT O MEAL from August 2008 to June 2013, where roles included Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Line Manager, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Production Team Lead. Layne earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Utah State University between 2000 and 2004.
