Ashima Bakshi

Ashima Bakshi is currently serving as the General Counsel for Honeywell's Building Automation division in India since September 2022. Previously, Ashima held the position of SVP and Global General Counsel at Azentio Software from August 2021 to September 2022. Ashima's extensive legal experience includes roles as General Counsel for Lenovo covering India and South Asia, and as Country Counsel at VMware, where responsibilities encompassed legal, ethics, and compliance programs. Other notable positions include Sr. Manager of Legal at Flipkart, Manager of Legal at Wipro, and Associate at Dua Associates, with a career beginning as Legal Counsel at GE Plastics in India. Ashima holds a BA, LLB from the Indian Law Society and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I) since 2019. Further education includes an Executive Education Programme on Negotiation from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
