Cheya Dunlap

Cheya Dunlap is an accomplished HR and communications executive with extensive experience in leading human resources strategies for large global organizations. Currently serving as the VP of HR and Communications for Honeywell Industrial Automation, Cheya has also held a similar role for Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies, overseeing substantial employee bases and HR teams in both segments. Cheya is recognized for pioneering inclusion and diversity efforts as the first Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer for a Fortune 100 company. Additional roles include advisory board membership at the Drucker School of Management and positions at Baker Hughes and GE, where Cheya led various HR and talent development initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Design from the Drucker School of Management and a BS in Political Science and International Relations from Tuskegee University.
