Dean Chang Park

Dean Chang Park is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at UNID since September 2023, Dean oversees the world's largest producer of potassium carbonate and hydroxide, managing operations in Korea and China with a global sales network. Prior to this role, Dean was the President and Chief Strategy Officer at Sampyo Group, leading its transformation in the construction materials sector from August 2020 to September 2023. Dean's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Digital Solutions at Baker Hughes and holding multiple senior positions at GE, focusing on the oil and gas sector in Korea. Dean began the career at Accenture as a Senior Manager. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
