Ghanshyam Thakare is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply chain management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As a Global Procurement Manager at Honeywell since July 2023, Ghanshyam focuses on cost optimization and cross-functional coordination. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Manager (Head) of Strategic Sourcing at TAMCO Switchgear, where responsibilities involved driving new product development and optimizing global projects through collaboration with various teams and suppliers. Previous roles at ABB Ltd. included Operations Manager and Manager of Supply Chain Management, where Ghanshyam led operations for the Ring Main Unit product group and managed cost reduction initiatives through cross-functional teamwork.
