Karen Mattimore

Karen Mattimore is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at Honeywell, where responsibilities include leading HR and communications for the Aerospace business, overseeing 47,000 employees and managing $15 billion in revenue. With a progressive career at Honeywell since October 2004, Karen has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Aerospace Human Resources & Communications, Vice President of Human Resources Services, and Vice President of Human Resources for both Engineering & Technology and Defense & Space sectors. Prior experience includes significant HR roles at Motorola, including Director of Organizational Development and Manager of Succession Systems, contributing to a strong foundation in organizational and talent development. Karen holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an M.S. in Management from Stanford University, alongside an M.A. in the same field from Bowling Green State University.
