Laurie Colasanti

Laurie Colasanti is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries, including dental services, healthcare, transportation, and home care. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sage Dental since May 2025, Laurie leads all people functions for a multi-state dental service organization. Previously, Laurie held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Upstream Rehabilitation, overseeing HR for the largest physical therapy outpatient provider in the U.S., and at onehome, where responsibility extended to communications and digital marketing. Past roles also include Executive Vice President of Human Resources at SIXT and Vice President of Human Resources at DHL Express Americas, where comprehensive HR functions were managed. Laurie Colasanti holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from Oakland University.
