Ludmiła Pisiewicz

Ludmiła Pisiewicz is an experienced PMO Manager in the EMEA region at Honeywell since April 2021, focusing on PM processes standardization and talent development. Additionally, Ludmiła serves as an Agile, Project Management, and Business Coach, Trainer, and Consultant at Project Factory 2.0, providing comprehensive support in Project Management and Agile transitions. Previously, Ludmiła held various leadership roles at ING Bank Śląski from November 1993 to January 2015, including Agile Transition Program Manager and Director of the Application Development Department, where extensive experience in application development, project management, and Agile SCRUM transition was gained. Ludmiła holds an MBA from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology, alongside ongoing education at Ericson International.
