Mathias Boury

Mathias Boury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering leadership across various high-tech industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director ISC Operations EMEA at Honeywell since October 2024, Mathias previously held the position of Global Operation Excellence Director at Garrett - Advancing Motion, where oversight included 13 plants and approximately 5,500 employees in a $3.9 billion turbocharger business. With a strong background at Honeywell from August 2003 to October 2018, roles included Global Electronic Commodity Director, Global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director, and multiple plant leadership positions, showcasing expertise in product launch, operational excellence, and strategic development. Mathias holds two Master of Engineering degrees, one from SIGMA Clermont and another from the University of Aberdeen.
