Matthew Milas

Matthew Milas serves as the President of Defense & Space at Honeywell Aerospace since January 2023, overseeing a diverse global portfolio exceeding $5 billion, which includes electronic solutions, engines, and satellite systems for U.S. defense. Prior to this role, Milas was the Vice President of Operations at L3Harris Technologies, where leadership involved enhancing supply chain efficiency and exceeding operational performance goals. Previous experience includes key positions at Raytheon Technologies, Collins Aerospace, United Technologies, Spirit AeroSystems, and Lockheed Martin, with a focus on military aftermarket business and program management across multiple sectors. Milas holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in International Economics from Eastern Michigan University.
